TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
--As a member of the Coelho Wine Club you will automatically receive a shipment of our new releases three to six times per year. Your credit card will automatically be billed at the time of shipment at current retail price minus Wine Club Discounts. By signing the terms sheet, you agree to accept the first two wine shipments and credit card charges for the number of bottles you agreed to per shipment. After your second shipment you may cancel at any time prior to a shipment by notifying the winery in writing or email coelhowinery@onlinemac.com. Cancellations will be confirmed.
--By providing payment information you agree to have your credit card billed for wine, tax and shipping. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age, and the person to whom your wine will be delivered is also 21 years of age. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he/she is at least 21 years old.
--Club members are responsible for supplying Coelho Winery with address or credit card changes two weeks prior to shipment. If a shipment goes to an old address the member is responsible for all charges incurred for shipping and return of the wine. If a credit card is declined and not updated within two weeks, your allocation and club status may be forfeited.
--Shipping schedule subject to suspension during extreme weather conditions.
--Pick up wine: All wine must be picked up within 2 weeks or it will be shipped.
Wine Club Membership valid in the following states: Alaska*, California, Colorado, Florida*, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
